About Us
SUTV is the official TV Station of Swansea University Students' Union. We are part of Swansea Student Media, consisting of SUTV, Waterfront newspaper and Xtreme Radio. All three channels are led by students and are completely dependent on student input; students write, host and produce for each channel.
SUTV record, edit and publish video content online with the aim to promote and publicise the students’ experience at university through events, societies and sports. Check out some of our latest content below.

The SUTV committee are responsible for the day-to-day running of the station, coordinating activities and supporting members. They are also the key contacts for any issues or suggestions.
The 2020-21 team conists of:

The 2019/20 committee consisted of:
- Station Manager: Matt Brayley
- Deputy Station Manager: Tinotenda Pesanai
- Head of Contnet: Harvey Stanton
- Events Coordinator: Joy Matibiri
- Designer & Publicist: Dara Akin
How to join

Swansea Student Media is a voluntary organisation for students, it's not a paid job. You can do as much or as little as you fancy in any of the three channels.
If you just have a passing interest or want a career in TV and other related fields, you can gain some experience with us. It doesn’t matter what degree you are doing or what past experience you’ve had in media, as long as you've got passion and enthusiasm, we’d love you to join. We have so much fun and get to show the fantastic things that go on at Swansea University.
